Bilirakis and Lang know Adele is wealthy, but declare to the court that she is indigent - without assets.

Final court order - Bilirakis and Lang own Adele's freedom.

| After the final order, Bilirakis and Lang have an apparent memory flash to benefit their own financial gain, confessing that Adele isn't a destitute baglady whom they mercifully rescued from the streets of depravity. Instead, they report that Adele is a woman of wealth and inheritance who can now pay each of them for what they've done to her. Open to embezzlement, the theft of Adele's life is about to begin.
